Simon Amber makes these wines...
He's a mate of Travis Tausend's - they actually share some winery space. Simon has been described to me as "the maddest chiller" lol. Borderline red / rosé here - but more light red. It's a blend of Cabernet and Merlot from the Adelaide Hills. Bright!
