Crunchy, spicy and vibrant - drink it slightly chilled (or not)... The fruit is specifically from Maslin Beach (Australians first declared nudist beach). The vineyard sits 600m from the waves on sand and limestone soils. Hand picked and de-stemmed. Gentle pigage when required. Pressed to seasoned french oak and bottled after 6 months. Bottled with love and minimal sulphides.
