We changed the recipe because we lost all of the Grenache and Gewurtz... But we've found worthy replacements and they're here to stay. We found Verdelho from Mclaren Vale that really takes the fruit component to the next level. Then bumped into Red Semillon, located in the Adelaide Hills. Egg fermented and gives a wind of fresh air to the wine. Even though we changed it a little bit, when it comes to flavour profile, the textural component is still the same.
