Nero d’Avola grapes from organic farming at 200 metres above sea level, vinified in steel tanks. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts and steel tank ageing for 18 months. Unfiltered. A rich and full bodied red wrapped in the warmth of Nero d’Avola.
