All 3 growers / makers have used white grapes grown on highly volcanic soils. Malvasia from Cantina Ribela in Lazio near Rome, Procanico from Il Vinco in Lazio also, and Garganega from Armonia in Veneto. An even blend. 5 days of skin contact in Tuscan amphora. 4 months of ageing in demetra amphora and in steel tanks. Only 1000 bottles made and only about 30 bottles came to Australia.
