2019 Terpin Quinto Quarto Ribolla Gialla
From a single vineyard in the Monte Calvario at 150m above sea level.
Planted on a soil locally called “Ponka”, clay-filled marl which was originally part of the Eocene sea bed. Spontaneous fermentation, about a week skin contact and aged for 8 months in stainless steel. The wine shows some cloudiness but the colour is vivid and alive. Phoenolic sweetness and brightness.
