Halcyon block of the estate vineyard.
All Pinot Noir. Picked and produced to be excellent rose. Strong rose petal scents, raspberry, cherry and whiffs of old spice cupboard spiciness. Juicy in the palate, transparent, clear, lightly crunchy, mouth-watering, wet-pebble acidity underpinning light cherry and dried strawberry flavours. So delicate but with so much tension.
