2019 Scintilla Dayspring

Direct pressed organic Chardonnay from Mt Compass and certified biodynamic Verdelho from McLaren Vale.
Aged in old french barriques for 12 months on fine lees. A little more length and more mid-palate generosity than last year. Lees stirring through winter and early spring helped the wine through primary. This is an ode to the old school Aussie “White Burgundy” or as we know it these day as “CLassic Dry White”.
