100% Ugni Blanc from 60 year old vines. Direct press, elevage in 70% barrique and 30% tank. Aromas of white flowers, the palate is textured with layers of nectarines and nice weight, followed by citrus pops of freshness: yuzu / grapefruit / tangelo. With an abundance of freshness, a flinty mineral edge and lingering. Medium weight, a beautifully balanced white wine, fine and full, pure and energetic.
