100% Carignan. What mesmerised me initially was how pretty and floral the aromas were here, then a palate packed with fruit and freshness. Red jubes and sarsaparilla drive, hints of Mediterranean scrub undergrowth and crunchy red fruits. The finest of fruit tannins with freshness and energy. A wine that shines bright, is alive and expressive. A wine made for Spring drinking.
