2019 Rasa Wines Early Nancy Rosé
45% Cinsault (Vine Vale), 31% Grenache (Krondorf), 22% Mourvèdre (Vine Vale), 2% Riesling (Flaxman Valley).
The Cinsault had 14 days carbonic maceration before being basket pressed to a seasoned French oak puncheon where it was topped up with direct pressed Grenache and Mourvèdre. The Riesling portion went under a Flor and we used it to add a nice briny acid line. Full MLF, racked to stainless tank for bottling.
