80% Chardonnay and 20% Tocai Friulano. Hand harvested like all the wines. Ten days on skins with plenty of plunging to keep those bad boys moist. It then sits in huge, old Slovenian casks for about 15 months, before spending another 5 months in bottle. Incredible skin contact wine. Lots going on.
