The V1 Pinot Noir is made from the early ripening clones in the vineyard, and sees a 1 week 100% whole bunch fermentation. This method of fermentation produced a lighter in style yet complex red wine, which is nice served chilled or at room temperature. Aged for 1 year in old French oak Barriques, and then 1 year in bottle before release. 500 bottles produced.
