2021 Briscola e Tre Sette

Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo made from Montepulciano grapes, picked early and left a few hours in contact with the skins.
Direct pressed into stainless steel tank. Aged in the same container and bottled free from any additions. A rosé that has always been consumed in Abruzzo, an emblem of the taverns where the days are spent playing cards, specially Briscola and Tre Sette. This wine is dedicated to Jacopo’s grandfather, who once use to bring Jacopo along to the local bar. Dark purple rosé. Ripe strawberry, cherry and fresh spices. Wine with a nice core and at the same time great drinkability.
