2019 Patrick Sullivan Baw Baw Shire Chardonnay

The Baw Baw Shire massive is a thing.
The Pat Sullivan wines a year-on-year increasingly excellent proposition. This is really good. It meshes a sense of Jura chard with Chablis while being its own thing entirely. Sea spray, wet ferns, just ripe stone fruit scents and flavours abound in a surprisingly lush and moreish palate of richness but high toned, minerallly freshness. Slippery and succulent but floods the palate with flavour. Really good wine here, individual and special. Mike Bennie - The Wine Front
