2019 Moorak Wines Woodside Pinot Noir

Moorak Wines are produced by Jordan Hein in McLaren Vale.
He sources fruit from vineyards throughout Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Mount Gambier. From Tomich Vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. This Pinot was whole berry, wild yeast fermented for 2 weeks on skins, then pressed to seasoned oak, bottled without filtration. Very minimal sulphites were added with no other additions or fining agents used.
