He sources fruit from vineyards throughout Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Mount Gambier. This wine is McLaren Vale fruit. A pretty rare find and perfect for pairing a hearty meal given the wine's intensity of aromatics and tannin structure.
