2019 Manon Forest Red
Notes from Tim and Mon:
Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. A 50/50 of both fruits. The fermentation was simple - Pinot Gris berries floating in Pinot Noir juice for a shortish maceration together. Moved manually and mindfully into aged barrels. This results in a bright and joyful wine. We see this still wine as an enjoyable table wine and the crown seal will help when no one has a cork opener.
