2019 Mac Forbes Spring Riesling

His thoughts are the wines are there to capture vineyard life and vitality and as a result the wines are constantly evolving. Cool. On the western face of the Strathbogie Ranges, this vineyard sees long cool mornings and warm afternoon sun, producing fruit with a distinctly different profile from the other original Riesling vineyard. Now in their fifth year of working with this site, they're beginning to see an elegance and definition to the fruit that can only be attributed to vine maturity.
