2019 Little Frances Chenin Blanc

Channeling the expansive skyline of the Clarksburg area, this Chenin Blanc was fermented in neutral French barrels with ambient yeast and allowed to complete full malolactic conversion.
A slightly warmer fermentation and gentle suspension of lees has allowed a depth of fruit flavour and rich mouthfeel. White peach, sweet almond and a refreshingly balanced finish makes this wine a flexible pairing with many foods.
