100% Pinot Noir made by Raphael Marchal of Domaine de l’Envol, which undergoes 20 days of carbonic maceration then elevage in stainless for 11 months. Bright, wild red fruits with a crazy herbal edge. Like all Brutal should be, this is a wine on the wilder side. Fire up a steak, chuck your favourite Slayer record and enjoy the ride.
