2019 La Croix Des Batailles

All of Ganevat's wines are biodynamic.
Whole bunch ferment, no racking and all whites go through malolactic fermentation. Only a touch of preservative used at bottling. All wines are bottled in the summer, two years after the harvest. La Croix des Batailles is a Beaujolais from granite soils – light, bright, Poulsard colour, translucent, very pure, very fresh tight and attractive – crisp, dry and sappy on the finish.
