100% organic fruit from Nelson, NZ.
Made by Yuki Nakano, who prior to this has worked for both Kindeli in NZ and Smallfry in the Barossa. Gerbera is 90% Viognier and 10% Pinot Gris. 90% on skin and 10% whole bunch co-fermented 14 days... Aged in old oak 10 months. No filtration, fining or additives.
