100% organic fruit from Nelson, NZ.
Made by Yuki Nakano, who prior to this has worked for both Kindeli in NZ and Smallfry in the Barossa. This is straight Syrah. 50% 4 days carbonic maceration and on skins. Fermented in steel and aged in steel 10 months. No filtration, fining and 15 ppm sulphur before bottling.
