100% organic fruit from Nelson, NZ.
Made by Yuki Nakano, who prior to this has worked for both Kindeli in NZ and Smallfry in the Barossa.
Calluna is 48% Pinot Gris, 48% Riesling and 4% Viognier. 100% whole bunch pressed. Co-fermented in steel, aged in steel for 10 months. No filtration, fining and additives.
