Ok - things are getting pretty serious here...
And that's not a complaint. This is a blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Sangiovese and 2% Sciaccarello from organically farmed fruit in the Clare Valley. Natural ferment and then into oak for 10 months. Super Clare β powerful, but delicate, dark fruits and chewy tannins.
