2019 Koerner Brothers Rosé

Unsure of the aspirations of this wine, feels all over the place.
Mad. I like mad, sometimes. Often maybe. Green herb, rubbery smokiness, decaying cherry notes, sour-sweet fruit, clove. A weird mix of characters between perfume and palate. Sweaty in the palate, slick too, misses some zip and freshness, wet slate flavours work their way in, finishes very short and with tartness that sits outside the wine. Exotica? Maybe for some.
