2019 Kindeli Primavera
Always seriously well made, fun wines.
Please note - very explosive!! Keep it upright, still, and very cold for an hour or so before drinking - then open it over the sink with glasses ready to go.
Notes from Alex Craighead - the grower and maker..:
Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Stainless steel ferment... 12-48 hours maceration, fermented until almost dry then bottled at RS 16g - then it gets fizzy!
