2019 Jean-Paul Nebbiolo

Jean-Paul worked his first vintage in 2007 in Nuits Saint George, Burgundy.
He starting out picking grapes, but somehow ended up in the winery within a week. Nebbiolo, a wine for the nobility. Elegant and gracious, with the ability to age for decades. Picked in March, left on skins for one month and aged in French barriques. This is liquid pleasure in a bottle. This fruit driven Nebbiolo is mineral and elegant with flavours of red cherries and a hint of aniseed. Bottled without fining or filtering.
