2019 Jean-Marie Berrux Le Petit Tetu



Jean-Marie likes to call his vineyard work “gardening”, and the way he works the vines truly is by hand with a great amount of time given to the details.
Viticulture is biodynamic and cellar work is meticulous, with natural yeasts, zero entrants, zero SO2, long ageing on fine lees in quality old oak Barrels and Demi-Muids. This is exciting, pure, natural White Burgundy, as is too rarely found.
