2019 Jamsheed Park Wines Roussanne
Gary Mills has been making these wines since 2003.
He's super talented and an all round nice guy. While the wines are excellent, he's also nurtured plenty of our favourite winemakers in both the vineyard in the winery - EG Ephemera and Cré. This is skin fermented Roussanne from the granite-laced Warner Vineyard in Beechworth. Fermented as whole bunch, full carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, racked to older 800L puncheons and bottled unfiltered and unfined.
