2019 Hochkirch Tarrington Chardonnay

Made by Hochkirch from their neighbouring property.
The pale gold colour belies the true nature of this Chardonnay that bears strong relationship to top flight Chablis. It’s piercing mouth-watering texture is not centred around the usual interplay of fruit and oak flavours. There are a many good Australian Chardonnays but this is quite apart and represents amazing value for the quality.
