2019 Good Intentions Wine Co. Noir Dee Doot Dah

Pinot noir blend of D5V12 and MV6. This wine gets some carbonic treatment, some whole bunch and majority de-stemmed parcels all for around a week. It is then pressed off and fermented dry in stainless before being racked to old puncheons of french oak. Bright, clean delicious example from Andrew.
