2019 Giovino Rosso

This wine is a collaboration with Dario Serrentino and one of our favourite Italian importers...
It's organically grown on the island of Sicily and is the perfect every day wine. The juice is Nero D’Avola with a splash of Grillo for extra freshness. It's bright, fresh and lively and at just 11.8% ABV it takes a chill quite nicely. Tart black berries and fresh red plums, citrus spice & Rooibos tea. Cool fruited and saline with soaring acidity that is fun to drink. Yay.
