2019 Gazzetta Vino Bianco
In the vineyard Trish from Gazetta works organically, employing herbal teas from local plants such as nettle, dandelion, willow and camomile.
In her makeshift cantina, grapes are fermented and aged in a variety of vessels with nothing added at any stage. Vino Bianco is a blend of the typical grapes from the area, Procanico, Malvasia Toscana and Ansonica. This wine has ten days of skin contact with light punch downs as to not extract too much. It was left in a stainless steel tank and bottled in May 2020.
