Sauvignon Blanc from a twenty year old vineyard in the Colli Berici.
The fruit spends three weeks on skins in cement vats, before being pressed off to a mix of cement vats and old barriques. A composed wine of pleasant structure, with gentle floral notes and a clean, mineral finish.
