2019 Fairbank Field Blend

Notes from Melanie Chester, the Sutton Grange Winery Winemaker:
Picked on the same day, our 2019 Field Blend is made up of half Fiano and half Viognier. Punchy aromatics of mandarin, orange oil and white peach, with fragrant notes of ginger and jasmine spice. The palate is fleshy with heaps of orange and stone fruit, balanced with a lemon butter generosity in the mid palate. The finish is vibrant and crunchy from the bright natural acidity and chalky phenolics. Smash it cold with dumplings and spicy foods.
