2019 Failing At Life Partly Cloudy



A Friulano petillant naturel from the Mornington Peninsula.
2 days on skins, pressed to stainless steel tank and one old barrel. Natural ferment. Racked, bottled to finish its ferment, and there you have it. No sulfur added. Looks like cloudy apple juice, tastes a little like it too. Ripe fruit but still fresh, dry and balanced.
