Thankfully these new wines have an importer that uses temperature control now...
They are a totally different beast. Clean, refined, and incredibly easy to drink. This is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Garnacha Blanca, Macabeu and Parellada. Plenty of pineapple and apricot in this wine, alongside herbs, honey, melon. Delicious!
