Edouard purchased these grapes from a friend, but harvested them all himself.
The blend is mainly of Carignan, with a bit of Grenache and Cinsault. The lavours aren’t too punchy, keeping it in check – and it’s a wine you could drink heaps of without issue. The acidity is medium plus, Nice tension on the finish too. Versatile food wise – chicken, seafood, snacks, salads, or just on its own. Really good for the price.
