2019 Des Vins d'Envie Croire Au Yeti



From high up in the Savoie mountains, Des Vins d’Envie is a négociant project created by two young grape growing winemakers Maxime Dancoine and Guillaume Lavie.
A blend of three grape varieties: Gamay and Pinot Noir fermented together in a mille-feuille technique with layers of whole bunch and destemmed fruit for around 12 days and Mondeuse, half that undergoes carbonic maceration and the other half de-stemmed for around 15 days. It bursts with fresh berries and mountain herbs with that classic acidity you can expect from Savoie. Every sip is richly textured and stuffed with personality!
