2019 Denavolo Catavela (Magnum - 1.5L)



Denavolo Catavela is a skin contact natural wine made from a blend of Malvasia Aromatica di Candia, Marsanne, Ortrugo, and Trebbiano Romagnolo by legendary winemaker Giulio Armani in Emilia-Romagna.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins for about 10 days. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphur. Catavela is a medium bodied orange wine with notes of apricot, wildflowers, and honey. The palate is fresh with bright acidity.
