Forse Sono Fiori translates to ‘maybe they are flowers’. Harvested by hand in the first ten days of October. Ferments spontaneously on skins for about 48 hours and ferments in tonneau for about 8 months. 600 bottles made. It is a wine with an oxidative profile, savoury and earthy.
