The Costadoro Company was founded in the early 1900s - still going strong. This is a blend of 30% Passerina, 50% Trebbiano and 20% Pecorino. On the nose it has an intense touch of ripe white fruits - apple and peach, as well as almond components. The flavour is fresh acid, balanced and delicately soft.
