He used South Australian fruit and made the wines in Anton Von Klopper's shed, with some help from Tom Shobbrook... So - P(anevino)(h)ANTOM (Anton + Tom). This one is Chardonnay, Semillon, a touch of Sauv Blanc and extra skins from the 2019 Lucy M Wildman Blanc. Stone fruit, acid and Gianfranco’s magical touch. Sardinia via Adelaide Hills. How good!
