This is almost the exact opposite of Primitivo we see out of Italy.
That's a good thing. Also known as Zinfandel, it tends to make big, overripe and flabby styles of wine - often with lots of oak. None of that here. Light, fresh and pretty. All organic fruit from out at Orange, NSW.
