2019 Cantina Ribelà Saittole
Daniele Presutti and Chiara Bianchi are inspiring young growers Roman born and raised.
They long held a dream to produce wines from Frascati that were a direct and clear expression of the real terroir, sadly something that had been lost in the mass industrialisation of the area in the past 50 years. Saittole is a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia Fermented on indigenous yeasts with 3 days maceration on skins and aged In steel. It’s Bottled unfiltered in July under a waning moon and rested in bottle for 3 months before release.
