2019 Calyx Wine Grappleare
Calyx wine is produced and letterpress printed by Yuri Zinenko in a small shed surrounded by an acre of vines in Keilor, Melbourne.
Everything is done on site, by hand with help from friends and family. Notes from Yuri - 5 week skin contact viognier co-fermented with apples, and pears. Aged in white barrels for 18 months. Farmhouse still cider with peach forward skin time wine. No SO2.
