2019 Bink Paper Man



All notes are from Koen Janssens, who makes this wine as a side project to his other label, Yetti and the Kokonut...
100% McLaren Vale fruit. Made in 2 batches... First batch; kept on skins for 6 days and then pressed to barrel. Second batch; kept on skins for 16 days and pressed to hogshead. Good tannin structure but super elegant cherry and blackberry aromas with liquorice and white pepper undertone. A very subtle green touch in the end, just to keep the wine interesting.
