2019 Bink Big Little Red



All notes are from Koen Janssens, who makes this wine as a side project to his other label, Yetti and the Kokonut...
60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Pinot Meunier. The cab franc is made similar to the Paperman but fermented in a puncheon. Pinot Meunier is made similar to the Old Mate but fermented in a third filled hogshead. Blended about 2 months before bottling. My “big style” of red wine. The Pinot takes the front pallet with red and blue berries with soft spice underneath. Cab franc rules the second and third with tannins and soft cherry spice.
